Samba

The Samba improves the flexibility of the body and helps achieve easy movement and lightness. The typical action is the Samba Bounce, which teaches the body to be very flexible. Move smoothly, quickly, smoothly and effortlessly, requires study, but only in the initial phase. Can be considered a good way to work out, but Samba must always be danced smoothly and in a relaxed manner giving the impression of a moving light and effortless.
